By signing up for Spirit Works Distillery’s Spirits Club you certify that you are 21 years of age
or older and give Spirit Works Distillery permission to bill your credit card four times a year for the cost of the spirits and taxes. You are also agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

SPIRITS CLUB POLICIES AND DETAILS

• Your bottles will be available starting the after the day your card is charged (usually on a Thursday for Friday pick-ups).
• There is a minimum one-year commitment (4 quarterly Pick-ups in March, June, September, and December).
• If you opt to cancel your membership before the one-year commitment is fulfilled, you will be automatically charged a $35 early cancelation fee.
• Cancelations and account holds must be done 14 days prior to pick-up days.
• If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your membership, you are also acknowledging that your membership year will be restarted in accordance to the date in which your membership changed.
• Memberships can be put on hold but only once every 4 pick-ups.
• You must pick-up your bottles within 100 days of your last Club charge.
• If you miss one quarterly pick-up, your bottles will be held for 10 days past the next quarterly credit card charge – so that you can pick-up both allocations during that week.
• If you cannot pick-up your bottle(s) within 100 days of the last Club charge, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and your bottles will be returned to inventory.
• You must show valid ID when picking up your bottle(s).
• Another party, with a valid ID, may pick up your bottle(s) if they are on your account or you have let the Distillery know prior to pick-up.
• Club member discounts cannot be applied with any other discount.
• Due to California law, we are only allowed to sell up to three bottles of spirits per person per day.
