This batch of vodka is handcrafted from Sebastopol grown Rye, which we mill, mash, ferment, distill and bottle, entirely on site at the distillery. Through this grain to glass process, we maintain the uniquely delicious character and terroir of this heritage Rye, harvested right here in Sebastopol.
