The Great Sage

Each kit comes with the following:

1 750ml bottle of Spirit Works Distillery Sloe Amaro

1 750ml bottle of Spirit Works Distillery Straight Wheat Whiskey

1 375ml bottle of Liquid Alchemist Peach Syrup

Here's the recipe:

-1oz Spirit Works Distillery Sloe Amaro

-0.5oz Spirit Works Distillery Straight Wheat Whiskey

-0.75oz Peach Syrup (we like @liquidalchemist)

-0.33oz Lemon Juice

-2 small sage leaves + more to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.

Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, then garnish with a sage leaf.
